menu 只是 projection，不能取代 authorization。
Current baseline
完整候選 schema 是 14 Core + 37 Domain = 51 relations；服務層 transaction 與 fail-closed guard 維護 logical relation。
- Supply principal：
supply_account。 - Withdrawal：僅 Payment Account reservation。
- HOUSE：僅 Deposit、LINE inbound evidence 與 HOUSE Deposit quota/reservation。
